2017: Started all 53 contests for the Tars on the year… led the team with a .353 batting average, .483 on base percentage, 59 hits, and 40 runs scored… knocked five doubles, one triple and five homeruns, good for a .485 slugging percentage… stole 14 bases on 17 attempts… recorded a team high 359 put outs while maintaining a .982 fielding percentage… recorded her 200th hit in a 9-1 Rollins win over Southern New Hampshire on March 15, ending her career with 224 hits, third in Rollins history… also ranks third on the Tars' all-time runs scored list… went 3-3 with a homerun, 3 RBI, a run scored, 9 putouts and two assists against Lander on March 7… named First Team CoSIDA Academic All-District

2016: Started at first base in 55 games this season for Rollins… recorded a .303 batting average with a .416 slugging percentage… registered 54 hits, including 10 doubles, two triples and two home runs… scored a team-high 44 runs… led the team in walks with 24... was first on the team with 367 put-outs… went 2-3 with one run scored, two RBIs and a stolen base in a rout of Nova Southeastern back on 4/2… named SSC Player of the Week during March 14-20… selected to the All-SSC First Team… 2015-2016 Athletic Director's Honor Roll for both the Fall and Spring semesters. 

2015: Started 50 games for the Tars as a sophomore, 39 catching, and 11 at first base… second on the team with a batting average of .400 and a slugging of .593… had a team high 16 doubles, also hit two triples, and three homeruns… scored a team high 43 runs… was a perfect 8-8 on steal attempts… led the team with 309 put-outs, and enters her junior year as the schools all time leader in that category… also registered 27 assists, caught nine runners attempting to steal, and turned 3 double plays… Went 3-4 with two doubles in a 6-1 win over Albany State on 3/25, also accumulating three runs, an RBI, 15 put-outs and two assists… selected as a finalist for the NFCA Player of the Year Award… chosen to the All-SSC Second Team, Daktronics All-South Region Second Team, and NFCA All-South Region Second Team... Spring SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll... 2014-2015 Athletic Director's Honor Roll for both the Fall and Spring semesters. 

2014: Capped off an impressive first year in the blue and gold by becoming the fifth Tar to be named Sunshine State Conference Freshman of the Year… Started all 52 games at first base for the Tars… Ranked first in the SSC in walks (30), third in on-base percentage (.451), and tied for second with 43 runs scored… Hit .340 with 51 hits, primarily out of the leadoff spot… Came through in the clutch by batting .421 (16-38) with two outs… Led Rollins with a .989 fielding percentage at first base… Blasted a home run in her first collegiate at-bat versus Lander on 2/2... Fall Athletic Director's Honor Roll. 

High School: A highly decorated four year starter for Countryside HS lifting the Cougars to District Championships in 2012 and 2013... a pure hitter, Hailee had compiled a career batting average of .504 and put together an incredible hit streak of 39 games between her sophomore and junior seasons… hit .547 as a Sophomore, .548 as a Junior, and .500 her Senior year… scored 124 runs in her career and swiped 63 bases since her sophomore year… already a Hall of Famer, she was inducted into the Countryside Athletic Hall of Fame in 2013… was FACA All-State selection in three of her four years (2010, 2011, 2013) and was a member of the FACA Senior All-Star Team (2013)… earned All-Suncoast Team honors as a catcher in 2012 & 2013 and was an All-County 1st team catcher in 2011, 2012 and 2013… was named as first team All-County utility player as a Freshman… recipient of the US Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award as a senior… Countryside's Female Athlete of the Year in 2013… Countryside softball's Rookie of the Year as a freshman and Most Outstanding Hitter as a sophomore, Hailee was honored as their MVP in her junior and senior seasons… Also a top student, Hailee is a member of the National Honor Society and has been honored as the recipient of the Principal's Choice Award for Academic Achievement.

Personal: Born 11/21/1994… daughter of Liz and David Keisling… has an older sister, Amber… Played travel ball with the Lady Bombers since age 9… majoring in communication studies
