Coach Alicia Schuck enters her third year at the helm of the women's soccer program, holding a record of 26-8-4 after serving as the top assistant for six years. Since being promoted to head coach in Feb. 2011, she has led the Tars to a berth in the NCAA tournament twice and has been named both the NSCAA South Region Coach of the Year and SSC Coach of the Year.
The first true superstar of Rollins women's soccer when the program was in its infancy, Milyak Schuck has seen the Tars grow into a true national contender.

She completed her career in 2001 with 10 goals and four assists for 24 points, as well as earning second team All-SSC and first team All-South Region honors. Along with being a standout player, Milyak Schuck was an outstanding student, earning membership on the 2001 Verizon Academic All-District Team.
