Roser joins the coaching staff after ending her career in a Tars uniform as Rollins' most decorated player in program history.

In her final season as a Tar, she hit .415 with 48 RBI and scored 56 runs.  She concluded her senior campaign ranked sixth in the nation in walks per game (0.86), eighth in on-base percentage (.560), and 15th in runs per game (1.14). She was nearly perfect in the field committing just two errors in more than 400 chances. 

She also saw action in the circle, posting a 2-0 record and 0.64 ERA to help lead the Tars to hold the nation's lowest team ERA in Division II in 2011.

In her career as a Tar, she was selected as First Team All-SSC all four years, NFCA All-America three times and she also was named Diamond Sports Catcher of the Year for Division II twice..

Roser left an indelible mark on the Tars' record books leaving with the top spot in doubles (59), homeruns (43), hits (254), runs (212), RBIs (207), and is tied for third in triples (11) in Rollins' history.
