Located just three minutes from Rollins campus, the U.T. Bradley Boathouse has long been the center of the Tars excellent rowing tradition. Utilized by Rollins varsity crew and alumni, the facility boasts the best views on the shores of Lake Maitland.
The Bradley Boathouse is adjacent to the Kraft Azalea Garden on Alabama Drive amongst enormous cypress trees and old Florida charm.
The Boathouse was dedicated in 1975 and named for longtime professor and crew coach Udolpho Bradley. The second floor of the building includes weight and conditioning equipment and offices. The ground floor was recently renovated with a new dock, updated launch and a new addition to house alumni shells.
