After serving as Rollins women's soccer's top assistant for six years, Alicia Milyak Schuck was promoted to head coach in Feb. 2011. In her first year at the helm, she led the Tars to a 14-3-2 record, a berth in the NCAA tournament for the fourth straight season, and was named the NSCAA South Region Coach of the Year.

The first true superstar of Rollins women's soccer when the program was in its infancy, Milyak Schuck has seen the Tars grow into a true national contender.

A Rockwood, Pennsylvania native, Milyak Schuck has been instrumental to the Tars' recent success. Since the 2008 season, Rollins is 55-11-10 and has won two Sunshine State Conference championships, one Sunshine State Conference Tournament title and made four-straight appearances in the NCAA Division II South Region Tournament.

The all-time leader in goals scored with 51 and points with 121, Milyak Schuck looks to use her experience as a player and local youth coach to motivate the current Rollins players to perform to the best of their ability.

During her freshman season at Rollins, Milyak Schuck notched a team leading 29 points (12 goals, five assists). As a sophomore, she finished with 20 points and was named to the All-Sunshine State Conference second team. In 2000, she set Rollins records in goals scored in a season (21) and points in a season (48), and was recognized with All-SSC first team honors. She completed her career in 2001 with 10 goals and four assists for 24 points, as well as earning second team All-SSC and first team All-South Region honors. Along with being a standout player, Milyak Schuck was an outstanding student, earning membership on the 2001 Verizon Academic All-District Team.

In the summer of 2008, Milyak Schuck played for FC Indiana where she was a key component to the team's run to the W-League Championship game.   Miyak Schuck also contributed in FCI's victory in U.S. Open National Championship also in 2008.  Milyak Schuck has spent a lot of time in the W-Leauge, the highest level of women's soccer currently in America, where she played for the Seattle Sounders, Central Florida Krush and the Cocoa Expos.

She began playing professionally at Afturelding in Mosofellsbaer, Iceland (near Reykjavik) in summer 2007 and was one of three Americans on the team.

In 2008, Milyak Schuck became the first Rollins women's soccer player inducted into the Sunshine State Conference Hall of Fame.

She married former Rollins standout soccer player and current Vice President of Spectrum Sports Performance Dan Schuck in July, 2011 and currently lives in the Orlando area
