WINTER PARK, Fla. (August 20, 2012) - The Tars are one of 19 teams in Division II to earn Academic Squad honors for the 2012 season, it was announced Monday.

The IWLCA has recognized 19 schools in Division II as earning Academic Squad honors for the 2012 season. Every school with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher earned Academic Squad honors, including NCAA runner-up West Chester and NCAA semifinalist Rollins. Three of the six teams that participated in the NCAA Championships in 2012 were named Academic Squads.
