KANSAS CITY, Kan. (September 25, 2012) - Coming off a 5-0 rout of Florida Southern on the road last Wednesday, Rollins (4-2-1) jumped nine spots to No. 16 in the latest NSCAA/Continental Tire NCAA Division II poll, it was announced Tuesday.
Sunshine State Conference rival Lynn remains in the top spot for the third consecutive week, while LIU Post takes over the No. 2 spot, bumping Seattle Pacific to third. Gannon at No. 4 and Regis round out the top-five.
Previously unranked Florida Tech moves into the top 25 for the first time in 2012, checking in at No. 20.
The Tars will be back in action Wednesday, Sept. 26 when they welcome FIT to Winter Park, looking to even their conference record after dropping their SSC opener to Lynn. Fans can follow along with all the action live on RollinsSports.com
