GAINESVILLE, Fla. (September 29, 2012) - The Rollins sailors traveled to Gainesville, Fla. this past weekend for their fourth regatta in the South Points conference, placing sixth overall.

On the waters Lake Wauberg, the wind didn't cooperate until after 12 p.m. and only reached about 4mph. 

Teams competed in two divisions, A and B. 4 races in each division were completed. 

Ben Getchell (skipper) and Lexy Ryan (crew) placed first in the B division leading the Tars to a sixth place overall finish.

Sailing in A division for Rollins were skipper Chad Murray and crew Jordan Anduaga-Todd and Michelle Assaly.
