WINTER PARK, Fla. (March 17, 2012) -Rollins dropped a 6-3 decision to California (Pa.) in a St. Patrick's Day match-up of two top-ranked teams Saturday.

The 10^th-ranked Tars fall to 6-6 on the year while the 11^th-ranked Vulcans improve to 10-3.

Rollins slipped into an early hole, winning one of three doubles matches.

Stefania Tkach and Callie Whitlock teamed to downed Anastassiya Zherdeva and Ramona Czakon 9-7 in the No. 3 flight.

In singles play, Ashley Rosenberg scored an upset over 31^st-ranked Jade Pondicas 7-5, 4-6, 10-2 in the No. 3 match. Mariana Salvador won the No. 4 match for the Tars over Zherdeva, 7-1, 7-5.

Rollins is back on the courts Wednesday, March 21 hosting West Florida.
