An attraction of the renowned Winter Park Boat Tour, the Alfond Boathouse is the home to Rollins sailing and water ski programs.

Constructed in 1988, the facility was designed to fulfill the waterfront needs of the campus and replace the dilapidated Lake Virginia Boathouse. It is located on the east side of campus behind the Cornel Fine Arts Museum.

In interior of the boathouse boasts three offices, a large classroom, locker rooms and storage for the Tars sailing equipment. An observation deck on the roof and six covered slips highlight the exterior.
