WINTER PARK, Fla. (March 13, 2013) - After six days off from competition due to consecutive rain-outs, the No. 6 Tars shook off the rust in a 7-2 win over the visiting Mustangs of Midwestern State University on Wednesday.

Rollins took two of three doubles matches to take a one-point lead into singles. Will Kwok and Jason Alabaster fell in No. 1 doubles but Robin Marchione and Jacobo Herrero and Adrian Di Felice and Cooper Maxwell picked up the slack, picking up wins in the No. 2 and No. 3 spots, respectively.

The Tars then blew through singles, taking 5-6 matches. Kwok, Marchione, Herrero and Maxwell each picked up wins in singles play while Malte Christesen joined in with a 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 win in No. 3 singles over Kyle Davidson.

The Mustangs lone win came in the No. 4 spot when Franko Siljeg defeated Di Felice 3-6, 7-6 (10-5), 6-4

The Tars will be back in action Friday, Mar. 15 when they play host to Auburn University at Montgomery. Play is set to begin at 3 p.m.
