WINTER PARK, Fla. (October 21, 2013) - Rollins' Tucker Hume has been selected Sunshine State Conference Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week presented by VALIC, it was announced on Monday.

The sophomore forward recorded a hat trick in a 6-3 victory over Nova Southeastern on Saturday to improve the No. 2 Tars to 13-0, 5-0 in SSC action. Hume scored the game's first goal 13 minutes into regulation. Six minutes after the Sharks evened the score, Hume scored again. In the 67th minute, the sophomore scored his third goal of the game. The Austin, Texas native is now tied for second on the team with eight goals on the season. Earlier in the week, Hume assisted on Rollins' first goal of the game in a 7-1 victory against Florida Southern.
