Norfolk, Va. (June 21, 2017) – The Tars' men's and women's swim programs have both earned College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America Scholar All-American Status for the spring semester, it has been announced.  Rollins is part of the first time in the 95-year history of the CSCAA that more than 700 teams have received Scholar All-America recognition.  In total, 720 teams, representing 443 institutions achieved a grade point average of 3.0 or higher during the Spring 2017 Semester.

The Tars' men's program amassed a 3.43 GPA, the sixth highest total in NCAA Division II and the highest in the Sunshine State Conference.  Overall, the Rollins men's swim team placed 11 student-athletes on the Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Rollins' women's team tallied a 3.52 GPA in the spring, the 19th best in Division II, while placing the Tars in a tie for second in the SSC.  The Athletic Director's Honor Roll consisted of 13 women swimmers.
