WINTER PARK, Fla. (May 22, 2012) - A trend of academic excellence that began more than a decade ago continues for Rollins Athletics as the Tars combined to post a 3.16 GPA in the Spring '12 semester. The term was the 22^nd straight in which the department has been above 3.0.

Women's golf retained the Athletic Communications Director's GPA trophy for the third consecutive semester, earning the highest team GPA in the department. Julie Garner's team compiled a 3.68 GPA in the spring and carries a 3.65 average overall. Men's Tennis was second with a 3.57 GPA while Volleyball was third with a 3.56 GPA.
