GAINESVILLE, Fla. (October 4, 2011)- After a strong showing in their home regatta the Rollins sailing team took to enemy waters with a trip to Lake Wauburg in Gainesville for South Points #4. Rollins placed fourth in the A-Division and seventh in the B-Division to finish fifth in the 10 team competition.

Conditions were ripe for 12 races with both the A and B division sailing a scheduled six races to makeup the regatta. Sailing for the Tars in the A-Division was the team of Ian Nora (skipper) and Johnathan Ricks (crew) along with Mitchell Watkins (skipper) and Will Harrity (crew) representing the Tars in the B-Divison.

Rollins will head to the waters of Miami on October 9 for South Points #5.
