CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. (July 22, 2011) - Proving yet again the winningest program in Division II women's golf is also the most well-rounded, Rollins checked in at 22nd on the NGCA's all-division GPA rankings, it was announced Friday.
NAIA member Lee University topped the list with a 3.864, and was followed by the Ohio University Bobcats (3.834) and Bradley University Braves (3.819).
Rollins, with a combined GPA of 3.638, is one of six NCAA Division II schools on the list. Among the entire top-25, the Tars posted the best national finish, placing second at the NCAA Division II National Championship in May.
Rollins begins its 2011-12 season September 19-20 at the Western Carolina Great Smokies Intercollegiate.
