Rollins seized control in the first five minutes of the game with the Blue and Gold tallying five goals before the Bears were able to counter on the board. The Tars scored their first four goals on free position shots and saw Rollins finish 7-for-15 in that department. Rollins kept attacking in the first half and held a 14-5 lead at the break.
Rollins continued the pressure in the second stanza with the offense cracking off seven goals, while Lenoir Rhyne only posted three on the board.
Offensively, Erica Pagliarulo ignited the offense with a season-high six scores and was joined by Sophie Townsend on the score sheet with four markers of her own. Cat Kelley, Tori Snow and Caroline Lamere tallied two goals. The Tars also received support from Ginevra Czech, Courtney Bianculli, Sarah Ann Showell, Anna Townsend and Steph Wiedenhofer with one goal apiece.
Elyse De Lisle had a quiet night between the pipes as the defense was stifling all night long as De Lisle only needed to make four saves on the evening.
The Tars will travel to Saint Leo on March 28 to take on the Lions before returning home for their last two games home games of the season.
