WINTER PARK, Fla. (November 10, 2010)- Senior defender Jack Clifford has been selected to the Capital One Academic All-District Soccer First Team. This marks the first time the decorated defender has achieved this award.

Clifford has had a solid season despite injuries that have kept him off the field for considerable time. The senior has tallied one assist on the season, but adds value with his senior leadership and knowledge of the game. He has been a part of four NCAA Tournament teams in his career at Rollins, including a national championship game appearance.

He has amassed 19 points in his career with the Tars and looks to lead Rollins back to the national championship spotlight in 2011.
