Tars Slip Two Spots to 25th

KANSAS CITY, Kan. (September 18, 2012) - Coming off a loss to open their conference schedule, Rollins fell two spots to No. 25 in the latest NSCAA/Continental Tire NCAA Division II poll, it was announced Tuesday.

Rollins (3-2-1, 0-1) beat Eckerd handedly at home, 6-0, last Wednesday, but fell to No. 1 ranked Lynn in Boca Raton, 1-0, Saturday afternoon.

The top of the polls remain unchanged with Lynn in the top spot followed by Seattle Pacific. LIU Post jumped from 17th to third with Gannon and Rockhurst rounding out the top-five. SSC rival Tampa dropped one spot to eighth.

The Tars will be back in action Wednesday, Sept. 19 when they travel to Lakeland for a conference match-up with Florida Southern. Fans can follow along with all the action live on RollinsSports.com
