WINTER PARK, Fla. (January 10, 2012) - Leandra Lima and Jenny Nilson each had a hand in a pair of victories, but Rollins couldn't overcome Westminster, falling 113-86 Tuesday afternoon.
Lima earned a victory in the 100-yard backstroke in a time of 1:02.28 and was runner-up in the 50-yard freestyle in 25.83. She teamed with Nilson, Jessica Spiegel and Samantha Sigaty to win the 200-yard freestyle relay in 1:44.35.
Nilson won the 500-yard freestyle in 5:24.54 with Grace Alexander taking third in 5:30.02. Alexander was runner-up in the 1000-yard freestyle in a time of 11:06.89.
Spiegel finished second in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:03.45 and was third in the 100-yard freestyle in 57.33.
Sigaty teamed with Christine Bianco, Katie Gentsch and Stephanie Decker to take second in the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1:58.16.
Rollins quickly returns to the pool on Saturday, Jan. 14 to face Sunshine State Conference foe Tampa on the road.
