2012: Started 36 games in her freshman season, seeing time in 37...played primarily short stop, also saw action at third base, committing just four errors in 111 chances...recorded 15 hits, including four doubles and a homerun, driving in 15...also scored 12 runs and registered nine walks.

High School: Walters attended Deland High School in Deland, Fla. where she played both corner outfield positions as well as shortstop...was a member of a Bulldogs team that advanced to the postseason three times during her career which included a District Championship her senior season...she also was named All-Area Second Team for her efforts during her senior campaign.
