BEALLSVILLE, Md. (April 10, 2017) – Rollins shot scores of 300 and 309 on Monday to sit fifth after day one of the Georgetown Hoya Women’s Invitational.

The Tars are the only non-Division I school and one of just three teams in the field of 15 not from the Northeast.

USF shot scores of 294-302 and leads the field with a 20-over score of 596. Yale is second with 605 (300-305) strokes with Princeton (607) third and Penn (608) fourth. Rollins 33-over score of 609 is just 13 shots off the Bulls pace and two clear of sixth-place Georgetown.

Paige Lyle leads the way for the Tars, sitting tied for 14th with scores of 74-77 (151). Madison Lellyo carded rounds of 74-78 and is a shot behind in a tie for 19th.

Lexie Toth (75-78) and Selin Timur (77-76) are tied for 23rd with 153 strokes. Seher Atwal shot scores of 77-79 and is tied for 30th with 156 strokes.

Teams will play the final round Tuesday, April 11 with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start at Four Streams in Beallsville, Maryland.
