SET-UP:
Rollins will look to stop a two match losing streak and jump back above the .500 mark with a pair of home contests this week.  First, Rollins hosts No. 36 Embry-Riddle, the Eagles are provisional Sunshine State Conference members.  Rollins will follow that matchup with the first of six non-SSC opponents, hosting the Wayne State Warriors to Winter Park. 

TRACKING THE TARS:
Rollins has managed a 23-31 record in singles play on the year.  Fabiana Vitanza has played exclusively out of the first spot, earning a record of 3-6, four of the junior’s losses have come against nationally ranked competition.  Teresa Kaiser has excelled from the fifth and sixth spots on the year, going 7-2 in the Tars first nine matches.

Rollins is one game over .500 in doubles play, amassing a record of 14-13 so far.  The team of freshman Alexandra Borg and senior Shannon Etten are 4-4, playing out of the number two spot.  Kaiser has paired up with Savanna Fuller to go 5-2 in the third position.

TRACKING THE EAGLES:
Embry-Riddle won their first contest of the year against Keiser, but since then have dropped six in a row.  Most recently, the Eagles fell 6-3 against the University of Tampa Spartans.

The Eagles are 14-20 in singles play during the spring season.  Alexis Marshall has earned four of those wins, going a perfect 4-0 out of the fourth position.  Maud Mrad is 2-5 out of the first position for Embry-Riddle.  The Metz, France native sits as the No. 17 player in the south region.

Mrad teams up with Alexis Marshall to form the tenth ranked doubles pair in the south region.  However, the two are just 2-4 on the season for the Eagles.  Embry-Riddle is 5-16 as a squad in doubles play.

TRACKING THE WARRIORS:
Wayne State has experienced an up and down year to this point.  Trading wins and losses for most of the season.  Last time out the Warriors were shutout by Northwestern Ohio.  Wayne State will play Minnesota Duluth, in Orlando, before taking on the Tars.

Dasha Kuznetova has seen the most success for Wayne State out of the first position, going 4-4 in the one spot and 8-5 overall.  Lauren Hughes has put together the best singles mark for the Warriors, earning a 9-3 mark, seven of the wins have come out of the sixth spot.

The Warriors are 26-19 in doubles play, using 10 different pairings throughout their 15 dual matches.  Hughes and Ashley Walker have combined for a 9-4 record, going 9-3 out of the third doubles position.  Kuznetsova and Liv Peisachovitz are 6-4 out of the first position. 

NEXT:
Rollins goes west for their next three matches.  The Tars will travel to California where they will take on Cal State-Los Angeles, UC-San Diego, and Point Loma Nazarene.
