“This is a tremendous honor for both Bri and Shannon to be chosen to represent Rollins on this team,” said Rollins Head Coach Mika Robinson.  “They will have the opportunity to play terrific competition in Brazil as well as experience the culture of a wonderful country. I was fortunate to coach the DIII version of this team two summers ago, and it was truly the trip of a lifetime.  I am so excited that they are going to have this opportunity.”

McDonough capped off a solid junior campaign with Second Team All-SSC honors.  A native of Orlando, Fla., McDonough closed out her 2016 season with 465 kills, averaging 3.94 per set, while adding 10 assists, 300 digs, and 59 total blocks, including four solo blocks.
