TAMPA, Fla. (October 14, 2016) – Rollins men’s and women’s cross country teams closed out the regular season Friday night at the USF Bulls Invitational.

The Tars men were sixth among non-Division I schools while the women took eighth in their division.

Nicole Hubert led a trio of Tars all within a few seconds of each other to top the team. She was 61st in a time of 26:42. Abygial Wong was 62nd in 26:51 and Katie Rioux 63rd with a time of 27:13. Megan Wallace took 65th place, stopping the clock at 28:00 and Mirya Furukawa was 68th in 34:25.

On the men’s side, Hayden Rodrigue turned in a solid 24th place finish to pace the Tars. He was steady the entire 8k and clocked 30:53. Jack Williams was 35th in 33:51 and Jonathon Tyler 39th with a time of 34:28. Michael Dulman took 43rd in 37:29 and Luke Parsley clocked 39:26 in 46th place.

The Tars will be back in action Saturday, Oct. 22 at the Sunshine State Conference Championship, hosted by Florida Tech in Melbourne.
