Your heart is racing. This is the last time you will lace up at Holloway Park. The start gun goes off. The Sunshine State Conference Championship is underway!

Cross Country seniors Leo David, Benjamin Gebauer, Emmett Horvath, Cameron Mullins, Sarah Ankli, Francesca Champin, Akifa Khattak, Elizabeth Patz, Danielle Rouix, and Joy Sandon ran for their last collegiate meet on Saturday October 24th in Lakeland, Fla. The Rollins men’s and women’s teams finished sixth overall, earning 190 points and 182 points respectively.

These seniors have put in countless hours for the team both in training as well as team activities. The cross country team is known for their “family” mentality; the team members host potluck dinners, family game nights, and study nights in the library. The spirit of the senior class is one that will be greatly missed.

We wish the class of 2016 the best of luck with their future endeavors—Go Tars!
