2008: Anderson went 24-6 as a starter and posted a 1.24 ERA...she was a dominate force in the circle as she struck out 230 batters in 193 innings of work...also tossed 10 complete game shutouts...garnered First Team All-SSC at-large accolade for her stellar junior season...over three seasons she has collected 883 strikeouts and looks to join the exclusive 1,000 strikeout club...finished fifth in the conference in ERA (1.12), third in strikeouts (230) and third in wins (24).
2007: She set the record for most strikeouts in a season with 393 and went 27-13 in 43 appearances with a 0.90 ERA...allowed just 34 walks in 258 innings of work...also tallied a save...threw two perfect games against Lynn and Kentucky State to go along with four no-hitters...led the Tars to the NCAA Division II South Region Tournament, going 2-1 in three starts...was first team All-SSC member and was a three-time SSC player of the week.
2006: Anderson pitched 126 innings in 36 contests for Rollins. She ranked seventh in the conference for ERA with a 1.10, third in the SSC for wins with 25, second in the SSC in innings pitched and second in SSC in strikeouts with 260. Anderson received All-Conference Honorable Mention honors.
High School: Anderson was a starting pitcher for four years at Bloomingdale High School. She pitched 161 innings, accumulating 286 strikeouts and a 0.39 ERA. Her senior year record was 17-4 and she was the only player in Hillsborough County to be named to the All-State team her senior season when she earned third team honors. Anderson was also named to the All-County first team as a senior and earned second team All-County honors while her team made it to the 6A state Final Four as a junior. She received All-County Honorable Mention honors as a sophomore and was a member of the National Honor Society and the Key Club. Anderson was named the German 3 and German 4 Student of the Year.
