2011: In her first year at Rollins, Bitzer was the ace of a Tars pitching staff that boasted a combined 0.77 ERA, going 18-1 with a 0.61 ERA with a team best 161 strikeouts...recorded two no hitters in 2011 (3/11 and 3/18) and was named SSC pitcher/player of the week twice...in the batter's box, the Longwood, Fla. native hit .347 with seven homeruns, good for third best on the team, as well as collected 13 doubles and 39 runs batted in...was named first team All-SSC, SSC Pitcher of the Year, first team NFCA and Daktronics All-South region, as well as first team NFCA and Daktronics All-American.

2010: (Seminole Community College) Bitzer collected a host of prestigious academic and athletic awards her sophomore season...athletically she garnered Mid-Florida All Conference First Team, Player of the Year Mid-Florida Conference, Player of the Year State, Female Athlete of the Year Mid Florida Conference, FCCAA All-State, First Team FCCAA State All Tournament Team, Atlantic District All Tournament Team, NJCAA All American First Team, NFCA All-South Region First Team and NFCA All-American First Team...Bitzer was just as strong in the classroom tallying Mid-Florida All Conference Academic, All-State Academic and NFCA Academic All-American.

2009: (Seminole Community College) Bitzer had an astonishing freshmen season, collecting five athletic awards and two academic awards... as a freshman, Bitzer notched 20 wins and 176 strikeouts, while posting a 1.47 ERA...she tallied Mid-Florida All Conference First Team, FCCAA All-State First Team, NJCAA All-American Third Team, NFCA All-South Region, First Team and NFCA All-American Third Team...academically she notched Mid-Florida All Conference Academic and All-State Academic.

High School: Bitzer was part of a Lake Mary High Rams team that was district champions and advanced to the postseason all four years...was nominated to All-State Second Team her freshmen, sophomore and juniors seasons and capped it off with a First Team All-State selection her senior year...Bitzer also collected First Team All-District and Honor Roll all four years...she also graduated from Lake Mary with cum laude and owns the career homerun record and career strikeouts record...Bitzer also tallied 2008 All-Star Game selection and was named Player of the Year in her freshmen season.
