DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (September 16, 2017) – Marta Lazowik had a breakout run as Rollins came back from the Hurricane Irma layoff with a fourth-place finish at the Asics Embry-Riddle Classic.
The Tars totaled a score of 109 and were fourth in the Division II competition. Saint Leo won with 30 points, barely getting past host Embry-Riddle (32). Lynn was third with a score of 74.
Lazowik had a solid run, finishing 70th with a time of 25:42 over the 5k distance. Katie Ross took 88th in a time of 28:36 and Nicole Hubert was 91st in 29:54.
Alex Lichtner was 98th (33:06) and Deborah Kim 99th (34:30). Chaerin Kim finished 102nd (38:55).
Rollins returns to action on Friday, September 29 in Lakeland and the 2017 FLrunners.com Invitational.
