Rollins Athletics Update Schedules After Irma

WINTER PARK, Fla. (September 13, 2017) – As the Rollins community continues to clean-up and recover from the wrath of Hurricane Irma, the Tars are preparing to get back into the sports season. 

Fall sports teams will be permitted to resume practice and competition on Thursday, September 14. Women's tennis will not be participating in the Embry-Riddle Invitational and the men's golf Flagler Jay Jennison Cup was cancelled due to course conditions. All other events will be played as scheduled: 

Thursday, Sept. 14
W.Soccer at Colorado Mesa (1 p.m.)

Friday, Sept. 15
Volleyball vs. Florida Tech (7 p.m.) HOME OPENER
W.Tennis at Embry-Riddle Invite - cancelled 

Saturday, Sept. 16
W.Tennis at Embry-Riddle Invite – cancelled
Water ski vs Florida Southern – All Day
Cross Country at Asics Embry-Riddle Classic – (7:20 a.m.)
M.Soccer at Southeastern (1 p.m.)
Volleyball vs. Palm Beach Atlantic (4 p.m.) 

Sunday, Sept. 17
W.Tennis at Embry-Riddle Invite - cancelled 

Monday, Sept. 18
M.Golf at Jay Jennison Cup – cancelled 

Tuesday, Sept. 19
M.Golf at Jay Jennison Cup – cancelled 

The Alfond Sports Center will be opened for workouts and resume normal operating hours at 7 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 14.
