Set-up: The Tars are back home coming off a mid-week game at Flagler and aids a four game winning streak. Anthony Trovato led the Tars to victory against the Saints while Whit Drennan earned the save. Trovato allowed only one run and got the win. Nick Santucci had two hits, Luke Reidy drove in a pair and Jack Gonzalez blasted a homerun. Bentley head coach Bob DeFelice's time with the Falcons dates back to inception of the Bentley baseball program in 1969. He's the longest tenured college baseball coach in the country, regardless of division. The Falcons are coming off a 14-9 loss against Barry University on Sunday.

Tracking the Tars: Gonzalez leads the Tars at the plate hitting .409 with seven runs scored and four RBIs. He went 1-4 against Flagler Tuesday. Joe Cosgrove is hitting .333 on the year with a RBI, and four runs. Cameron Meehan leads the Tars with five RBIs and had a homerun against UWF. Travato combined with Drennan and starter Garrett Leonard struck 17 at Flagler. The Tars led the Sunshine State Conference with 68 strikeouts and are holding teams to .185 batting average. Drew Dackowski is second in the league with 17 punchout. Drennan is yet to give up a run in three appearances.

Tracking the Falcons: Bentley is averaging five runs a game and hitting .204 as a team. Max Troiani leads the team with a .636 batting average, driving in four runs on a double, and two homeruns. Ryan Berardino is hitting .400 with four RBIs, a homer, and four hits. Brandon Grover batting average is .300, three driving in runs, and one homerun. Luke Dawson and Paul Frisoil have a 9.00 ERA in one start each.
