WHAT COACH SAYS:

After a short break from our dual meets, we are geared up and ready to compete in our first championship format meet of the season. Everyone is resting, and has the opportunity to suit up and compete in prelims and finals of the three-day invitational meet. We typically train full blast through our dual meets, so I am eager to see what we can do rested. I'm ready to see all the hard work pay off! - Julianne Lehner
