The poll is topped by the 2018 National Runners-Up, the Barry Bucs, who garnered seven first place votes.  They are followed by Lynn, and Saint Leo who tied for second, with the Lions earning the other two first place tallies.  Embry-Riddle sits forth, with the Tars rounding out the top-five.  Below Rollins is Palm Beach Atlantic.  The Bucs, Fighting Knights, Lions, Eagles, and Sailfish are all ranked in the ITA's Preseason National Top-25.  Florida Southern, Florida Tech, and Eckerd occupy the final three spots.
