Winners of three National Collegiate Water Ski Association national titles in its illustrious history, Rollins heads to San Marcos, Texas this weekend looking for number four, participating in the 2018 NCWSA National Championship.
Rollins College senior Erika Lang’s passport is filled with stamps from all over the world: Australia, Chile, Colombia, Germany, Italy, Mexico and Russia. Junior Dorien Llewellyn has traveled throughout Europe enough times that he can discuss the finer points of several countries.
Rollins men's and women's water ski teams took third place at the NCWSA Eastern Regional and earned a spot in the national championship for the eight-straight season. The Rollins men won the event while the women finished third.
Rollins men's and women's water ski teams were on the water for the 2016 season opener, falling to Florida Southern. Many of the Tars skiers were at various national and international events and didn't participate in the Florida Southern regional warm-up.
