Tars Move to No. 10 in National Ranking

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. (October 22, 2018) – Heading it is last action of the fall in two weeks, Rollins will be ranked No. 10 in the nation as the latest WGCA Division II Coaches Poll was released Monday.

The Tars moved four spots from its No. 14 ranking in the preseason. 

Indianapolis tops the ranking with 13 first place votes while No. 2 Dallas Baptist garnered the other first place nod. 

Sunshine State Conference rivals Nova Southeastern and Barry are three and four while Arkansas Tech rounds out the top-five. 

The Tars are one of seven SSC schools ranked in the top-25 with one more receiving votes. 

The Rollins Legends Invitational will serve as the Tars Fall 2018 finale, November 5-6 at Country Club of Orlando. Of the 14 schools in the field, 13 are mentioned in the latest WGCA national ranking with 10 appearing in the top-25.
