The Tars return 10 players, eight of whom saw dual match action during the 2018 campaign. Katie Dyson is coming off a Second Team All-Sunshine State Conference season, and is ranked No. 30 in the nation at singles play, while Alexandra Borg received a South Region singles ranking. The two team up to form the region's No. 9 doubles pairing as well.
Reigning National Champions Barry lead the poll, receiving all possible 10 first place votes. Lynn ranks second and gathered the one remaining first place nod. Saint Leo, Nova Southeastern, and Florida Southern round out the top-five. The Tars settle in the sixth spot. The top six teams in the conference also sit in that order in the ITA National Rankings.
Embry-Riddle follow the Tars in the seventh spot. While Tampa comes in one vote behind the Eagles. Florida Tech, Palm Beach Atlantic, and Eckerd complete the bottom portion of the list.
Rollins opens the year on Friday, February 1 when Arkansas-Fort-Smith visits Winter Park. First serve is set for 3:30 p.m.
